One of VAWP’s purposes is to offer training and education in key areas such as wetland delineation, functional assessment, best management practices, mitigation, and more. We’re actively working on expanding our training opportunities to better serve our members, so stay tuned for more training opportunities coming your way through VAWP. Members will receive email notifications to register for the upcoming Mineral Soil Flatwoods Delineation course (anticipated in September 2025 and March 2026), and Advanced Hydric Soils Training Course in partnership with Hammer Environmental (anticipated October 7 & 8, 2025).
