Registration is Now CLOSED for our Fall Meeting!

Due to record-breaking attendance, registration is now closed for our Fall Meeting. Please join us for the VAWP Annual Fall Meeting and VAWP 30^th Anniversary Celebration scheduled for Friday, November 22^nd. Please note that we will be having the meeting at a new venue location – The Virginia Crossings Hotel in Glen Allen, Virginia! We have a great lineup scheduled including guest speakers from Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, US Army Corps of Engineers, US Fish and Wildlife Service, William & Mary, NRCS, and Wire Gill. We will also hold our Annual Business Meeting and finalize Elections around lunchtime. The meeting will start at 9am and is scheduled to conclude by 3:30pm (detailed schedule attached). VAWP is currently seeking nominations for the Secretary and Vice President positions on the Executive Board for 2024-2025. Please join us for the 2024 VAWP Fall Meeting scheduled for Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at a NEW VENUE – the Virginia Crossings Hotel (Henrico Ballroom) in Glen Allen, Virginia! Ginter Botanical Gardens in Richmond, Virginia! We are very excited that VAWP membership and meeting attendance is growing which has necessitated a venue upgrade.
