Please join us for the 2024 VAWP Spring Meeting scheduled for Friday, May 30th, 2024 at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens in Richmond, Virginia! We have a great lineup scheduled including guest speakers from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Chesapeake Bay Office, Chesapeake Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (CBNERR), Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation’s (DCR) Natural Heritage Program, Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, City of Fairfax, Fairfax County, Christopher Newport and George Mason Universities.

Presentation topics will cover the Digital Atlas of the Virginia Flora, research in wetland science and practices, case studies from municipal projects in the Commonwealth, regulatory updates to the Professional Wetland Delineator certification program, and more!
