The VAWP Board of Directors proposes amendments to the VAWP Bylaws. The bylaws can be amended by a two-thirds vote of the Association members during an election.  The proposed revisions have been recommended by the Board to give greater flexibility in coordinating meetings and elections in the post-COVID age. The proposed revisions provide clarity in the implementation of virtual meetings and elections. In addition, minor typographical corrections have been proposed.  A redline of the proposed bylaw revisions is provided prior to elections. Any member may also request an electronic and/or hardcopy of the proposed revisions prior to the election.
